- Manage and train the Lean Plant pilot for each one of the 3 sites in Spain (hoshin, smed,

leading the logistics departement to achieve the targets: internal (small trains and fork lift trucks
drivers) and external (supplier deliveries) flows according to budget --> satisfy the customers and

my team is composed of 3 supervisors for the physical internal flows (goods in to shipping) piloting
the fork lift drivers; a customer team and a supplier team to coordinate the global supply chain.
Improvement and adjustement of the stocks levels to lean our plant material flow and to optimise
